A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team remotely in Iowa.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, managing 60-80 calls daily

Provide personalized attention and exceptional care to passengers

Progressively take on more complex tasks as skills develop

Required Qualifications

Must currently reside in Iowa

1 year of Call Center experience

6 months of Customer Service experience

Basic typing / computer experience with excellent navigational skills

High-speed Internet access with specified minimum speeds and a distraction-free home environment
