Job Description

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Industrial Site in Mooresville, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents, while your approachable demeanor will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the site, responding to incidents, and assisting with access control. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergencies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual circumstances found during patrols.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points at the location.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, client personnel, and visitors as needed.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to or more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
