Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Acute Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 31 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days, evenings, rotating Employment Type : Travel Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC) Location : Middlebury, VT 05753 Shift Schedule : Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (5 days / week) / Mid Shift : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM (4 days / week) Contract Duration : 3 Weeks Qualifications : Current RN license (pending licenses accepted case by case). Minimum 1 year of recent Long Term Care nursing experience required. Recent (within 2 years) EPIC electronic medical record experience is mandatory. Prior travel nursing experience required; no first-time travelers. Dementia Capable Care certification preferred. Ability to work all holidays during the assignment. Must be able to float across shifts. Must be able to pass all compliance requirements, including COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (with allowable exemptions). Candidates must have reliable transportation; public transport is not accessible. Must not be allergic to cats (facility has a cat on the unit).
