Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dedicated Live Chat Support agent to join our Real Estate team at D.S Murphy. As a Live Chat Support, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our real estate services.
  • Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting through live chat.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collect and document customer feedback to improve overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements :

  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
