Concepts of Health Care, Inc. is currently looking for individuals to join our team.

We provide one-on-one activities of daily living to our clients in their homes.

We have SHIFT and LIVE-IN work available. We invest in our staff by providing orientation and on-going training.

Potential candidates must be :

  • Certified.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Caring & Compassionate.
  • Dependable.
  • A good communicator.

Job Types : Full-time & Part-time positions available.

Job Responsibilities Include :

  • Assists with personal care activities & household tasks.
  • Meet the safety needs of clients including the safe use of any equipment.
  • Accurately administer and document services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.

    • Salary :

  • Starting at $18.15 per hour. Plus mileage.
  • Daily rate of $235.95 - 353.99. Plus mileage.
  • Sign on bonus if conditions are met.
  • Holiday pay.
  • Referral bonus incentive programs.

    We are a licensed home care agency that has been providing in-home services since 1985.

    The 11 counties served include : Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington.
