Valley View's Ortho Clinic is looking for an RN Navigator to join our team!
- $3,000 sign on bonus! (Some internal candidates may not be eligible).

Nurse Navigator needed to support clinic and OR functions, including surgical scheduling, patient education, coordination with clinic schedulers, and procedural assistance.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES :
Provides individualized assistance to patients, families, and caregivers to overcome barriers within the healthcare system and facilitate access to all of the resources available to patients.Acts as a link between patients and care providers to facilitate clinical and supportive care services. Functions as a single point of contact among referring physicians, patients, and other clinical caregivers for the purpose of empowering patients in dealing with the disease and the treatment.Facilitates patient appointments for diagnostic procedures in the laboratory, imaging, surgery and other specialty areas.QUALIFICATIONS : Education :
Current Colorado RN license or the ability to obtain.Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered / Professional Nursing program
1 year of nursing (RN) experienceBLS per American Heart Association with card in-hand after start date.
Experience :
Ortho or Surgical RN experience.
