Job Summary :
The CNA Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities and performance of our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) students. This role ensures that CNAs provide high-quality, compassionate care in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards. The CNA Clinical Supervisor will provide hands-on guidance, training, and mentorship to NAs, while fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment. Collaboration with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams is essential to promote resident-centered care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to NAs and clinical staff, including nurses and support personnel
- Monitor clinical operations to ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing education and training
- Assist with case management and care planning for complex patient needs
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure coordinated care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
- Support onboarding of new clinical staff and promote professional development
Qualifications :
