Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Compliance Analyst to support our supplier compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity, drive supplier onboarding, and improve compliance with transportation standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

Must-Haves :

  • Ability to create and maintain reports using existing Snowflake tables
  • Experience in Tableau creating visualizations
  • Experience working with large supply chain data sets
  • Experience in root cause analysis and developing practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Comfortable leading discussions and presenting compliance expectations to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and normalize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting and decision-making.
  • Identify and engage non-compliant suppliers to understand root causes and drive compliance with Transportation Compliance standards.
  • Track and report on supplier compliance trends, including onboarding progress and shipment performance before and after outreach.
  • Educate suppliers on proper data entry procedures within MercuryGate TMS.
  • Conduct meetings with non-compliant suppliers to communicate expectations and issue final compliance warnings.
  • Differentiate compliance requirements for stock vs. dropship models and tailor communication accordingly.
  • Build and maintain reports using Snowflake or BigQuery to monitor compliance metrics and supplier performance.
