A company is looking for an EUX Engineer L2 to provide technical support and guidance for Managed Services contract clients.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues reported via phone or web tickets and provide first-level support
Assist Level I technicians with escalated issues and maintain Help Desk documentation
Communicate timely updates on service ticket status and resolutions to clients
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of Technical Call Center / Help Desk experience
At least one relevant industry certification preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)
Proficiency in Windows Operating systems and MS Office applications
Basic knowledge of network technologies and security principles
