As Program Manager for Music Merch, you will focus on streamlining operational overhead across our business teams. This is an opportunity to build innovative experiences that are used by millions of fans. A successful candidate will be customer obsessed, highly analytical, have experience defining and delivering media / mobile / web products quickly and at scale. You will be able to translate a big vision for the future into a simple set of features and capabilities we can launch iteratively.

Partner with key stakeholders to define and track the program roadmap and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Translate customer insights and business strategy into clearly defined program requirements
Work closely with project leads to develop and deliver innovative solutions
Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure delivery of a great customer and fan experience
Manage day-to-day cross-functional relations, to ensure the product roadmap and prioritization are understood and implemented effectively
Interface and collaborate with teams across Amazon Music and partner organizations
Operate with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguity

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
