🕒 Schedule : Full-Time | Shift Type : Day / Evening | On-Call Required Position Overview Virtus Healthcare Staffing is looking for an exceptional Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a partner's team at a world-class academic medical center in Burlington, VT. This role is a great fit for a dedicated professional who performs both clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures.

The successful candidate will provide expert diagnostic and therapeutic services using state-of-the-art equipment. Qualifications Required : Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program. Associate or Baccalaureate Degree in Nuclear Medicine. Licensed by either the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (CNMT) in the State of Vermont.

Preferred : Twelve months of clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine. Experience with clinical instruction for nuclear medicine students and other personnel.

Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Excellence Perform both clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures, including general studies and cardiac studies. Complete all associated computer interactions for studies and procedures. Provide clinical instruction for nuclear medicine students and other personnel as needed. Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, standards, and quality assurance needs for the department.

Operational Oversight Work a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM. Take rotating on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
