ServiceNow Developer

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their team in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions within ITSM and ITOM

Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements

Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using various protocols

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Agent Voice and Portal Catalog

Strong experience with Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping

Proficiency in JavaScript, REST / SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus
