The Private Wealth Associate supports the sales and service teams for Private Wealth including Private Banking, Wealth Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, and Portfolio Managers. Approximately 50% of the role is supporting the day to day needs of our Private Banking team and 50% of the role is supporting Private Wealth meetings for both prospects and existing clients.

Responsibilities

Private Banking Support :

• Prepares letters, memorandums, and reports. Processes payments, advances, and wire transfer requests; assists officer in opening new accounts, client account maintenance and preparing loan papers.
• Helps to research and resolve customer problems, and provides quality customer service via telephone, email and in person to both internal and external clients.
• Daily overdraft review
• Contact for service center after zero out if PB not available.
• Assist in management of customer data.
• Identifying opportunities (checking large dollar transactions, accts that should be PB, etc.)
• Marketing liaison and new product development support

Compensation

Hiring Pay Range : $45,000 - $85,000 The starting pay range for this position is commensurate with experience. The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
