  • We are seeking a

    • Mid-Level Civil Engineer
    • with experience in
    • transit and transportation infrastructure
    • to join our growing team in Tualatin, Oregon. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the design and delivery of high-impact transportation and transit projects, including
    • bus rapid transit, rail transit stations, and rail improvement projects

    • Position Responsibilities
    • Lead and support the
    • design and management of civil engineering aspects
    • for transportation, transit and railway projects
    • Prepare and review detailed
    • track alignment plans, drainage design, specifications, and cost estimates
    • Conduct field work, project inspections, and agency coordination meetings
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
    • Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client engagement
    • Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
    • required
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license
    • in Oregon (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
    • 48 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in
    • transportation or transit projects
    • Proficiency with
    • Autodesk Civil 3D
    • ; track alignment design software experience is a plus
    • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
