IT Desktop Support Technician

Job Title : IT Desktop Support Technician Location : El Dorado, Arkansas Type : Contract Work Model : Onsite Schedule : 8-hour shift between 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM local time (30-minute lunch) Responsibilities : Perform desktop support functions including laptop / PC imaging and setup. Deliver and configure new laptops / PCs for users, including data transfer and M365 cloud services connection. Install and configure software. Manage and resolve Incident / Request tickets using ServiceNow. Troubleshoot printers and provide Windows 11 support with M365 application suite. Perform basic Wi-Fi / network troubleshooting. Manage hardware assets and maintain stockroom inventory. Provide excellent customer service with a focus on delivering a best-in-class user experience. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and managing time well. Communicate clearly and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Experience working in a plant / manufacturing environment is a plus. Additional Requirement : Must have reliable transportation to drive between three sites in El Dorado.
