  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Virginia or compact state\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience\n
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills\n
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, patient-centered healthcare environment\n

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in the Family Birthing Center\n
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient status throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages\n
  • Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum, and newborn care\n
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital and nursing standards\n
