We need 1 Service Advisor to be added to our Great Team! Great customer service and the ability to meet the standards of performance expected from the true professional Service Advisor. Experience is necessary to be considered and the position will remain available until the right qualified person is selected. Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a lead communicator between customers and service techs. If you can make customers feel welcome and confident that their needs are being met and can succeed expectations, then our dealership may be your next career home. This key position is for the one wanting to be appreciated for the expertise and job performance performed along with a pay plan that matches! This position offers income $26,000 salary plus commission plus bonus levels which can exceed $75,000 per yr, depending your on ability and great customer service / relationship skills. Would prefer applicant to have experience with 1 yr in mangement / Sales with technicial understanding to be conidered. We are looking to add 1 great, responsible, productive and able to put customers treatment at the forefront of your duties there is no need to apply! Job Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously—attitude is everything!
• Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs
• Upsell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
• Provide accurate repair / maintenance estimates
• Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
• Sell and manage extended warranties
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

Compensation

The role of Service Advisor is one of extreme importance and only the best need to apply. If customer service, organization and a great communication is your strong point then please apply.
