Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative team player. Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship. Mix of office and field work; exposure to various weather conditions and jobsite hazards. Must adhere to safety protocols and use required PPE as needed. Competitive pay based on experience ($70,000-$90,000 annually). Full benefits package including health / dental / vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and estimate civil / environmental construction projects (spills, cleanups, remediations, tank removals, restorations, demolitions, brownfield work).
- Oversee project execution, field crews, and supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Read plans, estimate costs, manage schedules, implement quality control, and ensure safety protocols.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality control programs.
- Participate in business development and client relations.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and development of field staff.
