Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician for a 13+ week contract-to-hire opportunity in a non-traditional mail order pharmacy in Omaha, Nebraska. This role focuses on diabetic medical equipment, including continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps, offering a unique opportunity outside of traditional medication dispensing.

Schedule : Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :

Receive and fill prescription requests for diabetic medical supplies

Verify written prescriptions and refill requests for accuracy and completeness

Provide customer service support by phone and in person

Maintain proper storage and security conditions for all products

Prepare, package, and label items accurately (boxed medical equipment, not medications)

System / Software : Mail Order Processing Systems (experience with medical equipment workflows preferred)

Requirements :

Active Nebraska State Pharmacy Technician license

Minimum of 2+ years of prior pharmacy experience required

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with specialized equipment orders
