Role : Oracle EPM Consultant

Duration : 6-12 Months CTH

Location : 100% Remote

GC or USC only

Role Summary :

The Oracle EPM Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle's Enterprise Performance Management Cloud solutions, including modules like Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation, and Profitability and Cost Management. This role bridges finance and technology, enabling organizations to streamline planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation :

Lead or support the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS).

Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.

Financial Modeling & Planning :

Build and optimize driver-based planning models, forecast templates, and allocation rules.

Configure forms, business rules, dashboards, and Smart View integrations.

Data Integration & Automation :

Develop data pipelines using Data Management (DM), EPM Integration Agent, or REST APIs.

Integrate EPM with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion ERP, SAP) and external data sources.

Performance & Governance :

Monitor application performance, conduct reconciliations, and ensure data integrity.

Support governance, compliance, and audit requirements across financial processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Work closely with finance, FP&A, and IT teams to align EPM capabilities with business goals.

Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience

4 8 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion suite.

Hands-on expertise in at least two modules : Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS.

Strong understanding of financial processes : budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, close.

Proficiency in Smart View, Groovy scripting, and EPM Automate.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other cloud ERP systems.

Knowledge of Agile delivery and DevOps practices for EPM deployments.

Certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud modules.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
