- Providing high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities\n
- Reviewing various care options with the medical team, residents, and their family members\n
- Coordinating with clinical teams to develop individualized care plans\n
- Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans\n
- Administering appropriate medications and treatments to residents\n
- Drawing fluids as needed for labs and testing\n
- Using and monitoring medical equipment and devices to ensure effectiveness\n
- Training and supervising nursing professionals and other care staff consistent with scope of practice guidelines\n
- Promoting staff compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards of care\n
- Documenting all relevant data to include vital signs, nursing interventions and responses, and resident histories\n
- Assisting staff members with incident investigations and the development of care best practices\n\nQualifications and Skills\n
- Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)\n
- Graduation from an approved nursing program\n
- At least 6 months of experience (RN or related role)\n
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs\n
