NRI Staffing is looking for a Full Life Cycle Recruiter with Staffing experience to run a 360 desk; someone who is expert in actively sourcing talent for various clients.
This position involves making outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent and to identify new clients, conduct interviews, and facilitate the complete hiring process for candidates who are in the talent pipeline all while actively working with clients as an extension of the talent acquisition team.
Essential Functions
- Makes outbound recruiting calls, utilize job boards, and sources on LinkedIn to effectively identify, screen and attract new talent.
- Answers inbound referrals and inquiries regarding various employment opportunities
- Interviews, screens, and tests applicants
- Manages multiple recruiting requisitions simultaneously
- Maintains constant communication with clients and candidates
- Actively sources for new candidates and clients daily
