Our Bentonville, AR office continues to see strong momentum, and we’re looking to grow our team with driven, relationship-focused professionals.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative National Account Manager to manage and grow our Walmart business. In this role, you’ll serve as a critical link between our vendor partners and Walmart, driving sales and execution through strong relationships, strategic planning, and expert knowledge of the Walmart ecosystem. The ideal candidate has direct experience managing the Walmart account and thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendor partners and Walmart buyers.
  • Develop and execute business strategies that align vendor goals with Walmart’s initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both vendor partners and Walmart stakeholders .
  • Analyze POS data, trends, and forecasts to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Prepare and present line reviews, promotional plans, and sales presentations.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of direct experience managing the Walmart account (preferably from a supplier or rep group perspective).
  • Strong understanding of Walmart’s systems, processes, and expectations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain high-impact relationships with both vendors and buyers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly collaborative with a team-first mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Hardlines / GM is preferred.
