Technical Life Care Medical Company is a trusted provider of biomedical equipment repair and maintenance. We are growing and looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver top-tier service to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
What Youll Do
- Schedule service requests and preventive maintenance (PM) visits with customers
- Input and maintain customer equipment records in our database
- Coordinate calendars for service technicians
- Communicate with customers to confirm service details and provide updates
- (Bonus) Assist with travel arrangements for staff (airfare, hotels, etc.)
What Were Looking For
2 years of experience in scheduling, service coordination, or customer support (healthcare or repair industry preferred)Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, and email communication toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service mindsetWhy Join Us
