Overview

Client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our Marketing Web team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can pivot quickly, and has a strong background in content strategy and stakeholder management. You’ll be responsible for driving web content initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that support marketing campaigns and product launches
• Manage website updates from intake through publication, collaborating with UX, CMS authors, and compliance teams
• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across digital channels
• Lead web projects from concept to launch, maintaining timelines and quality standards
• Optimize content for SEO and monitor performance using analytics tools
• Conduct content audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility (ADA / WCAG compliance)
• Maintain brand voice and style guidelines across all content
• Coordinate with agencies and internal contributors as needed
