Who You Are

All Team Members share a passion for the Planet Fitness brand and delivering a welcoming experience to members in our Judgement Free Zone.

Club Manager Responsibilities

Oversee all club operations to ensure an exceptional member experience.
Lead, develop, and coach the team to achieve club priorities and KPI goals.
Create a work environment that supports the organization's culture and drives member engagement.
Coach and connect with members and staff to deliver a consistent, outstanding experience.

Daily Responsibilities

Greet members and guests; assist with questions or concerns during check-in.

Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor and supporting their fitness journeys.

Address escalated member concerns and collaborate with Regional Manager as needed.

Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.

Perform membership-related tasks (sign-ups, updates, cancellations, balances).

Conduct member tours to assess needs and promote memberships.

Process retail transactions and support sales goals.

Oversee cleaning, sanitizing, restrooms, and equipment; maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Address maintenance and facility concerns with Facilities Maintenance as needed.

Assign cleaning duties and monitor quality and completion.

Qualifications

6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred

Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to pass a background check

Willing to become CPR / AED Certified (training provided by Planet Fitness)

Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands

Continual standing and movement throughout the club.

Frequent communication in person or on the phone.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Exposure to cleaning chemicals during shift.

Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.

Movements including bending and twisting to accomplish tasks.

Compensation : $16.10 per hour
