The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee all production facilities, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient operations. Key responsibilities also include leading capital projects, site expansion, and maintaining strong supply chain and inventory management.

Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' manufacturing or processing operations experience, with at least 5 years in senior, multi-site leadership. A background in industrial minerals, chemicals, aggregates, or similar continuous flow / process environments is essential.
