  • Manages indirect or patient care department / program; Priorities are guided by the operational & clinical needs of patient care areas; Develops plans in concert with Nursing Operations Managers in support of the department functional objectives & clinical drivers where support is assigned.
  • Minimum Qualifications :
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment.
  • Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing. Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing. Leadership experience & / or other experience / licensure / certifications aligned with area of responsibility & assignment.
