Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

One in ten residents in a skilled nursing facility will develop a skin condition requiring expert medical care, and one in four patients will be discharged home with an open wound. Our skin and wound care providers bring education and encouragement to the people who take care of our patients 24 / 7. When they get better at their jobs, our patients’ wounds heal faster and that is our goal!

The best leaders… who also happen to be licensed Nurse Practitioners (NP, ARNP, FNP, APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA-C)

Compensation Range : Market competitive salary with bonus potential

This position is classified as : Salary, Exempt; Full-Time or Part-Time employment

Hours : Typical hours are Monday through Friday; 6 : 00am – 3 : 00pm, no nights, weekends, or call

Benefits :

Medical / Dental / Orthodontic / Vison / RX – minimum 80% towards employee monthly premiums covered, dependent coverage available at employee’s expense

Accruals up to 172 hours (21.5 days) your first year of employment based on 1.0FTE status.
