If you have experience with die cutters, flexo presses, gluer machines, or offset printing, this is your chance to grow your career in a company that values craftsmanship and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Operate straight-line folder gluers and other essential equipment.
• Set up, change over, and troubleshoot machines to ensure smooth production.
• Work with die cutters, flexo presses, and offset presses to produce high-quality packaging (beer boxes, food containers, pet food packaging, and more).
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the production process.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00 / yr.

Booming with business and is considered essential. Recently won large contracts. They are in the process of adding new equipment and adding slitters, gluers and printers

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Sandston,VA.
