36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.

Float to other clinics : no

Patient Population : Primarily orthopedic care with a healthy mix of post op and acute injury. We have 1 vestibular specialist who sees that as his primary caseload., but that would not be a concern for his person.

Productivity expectation is 60 visits / week; Will see 12-14 patients / day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected
