Client Service Specialist

We are looking to add a Client Service Specialist to join our Architects & Engineers team in Waukee (IA), Madison (WI), or Peoria (IL). Essential Responsibilities :

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoices agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensures accuracy of invoicing and works with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.
• Orders policy changes from carriers, updates agency management system / exposure schedules, and sets follow-up tasks.
• Investigaes and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits, and endorsements).
