A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with order inquiries and placements
Document issues in Confluence and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Document manipulation experience
Ability to maintain a high level of work product in stressful situations
Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
