This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices related to senior care.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on building relationships.
• Basic knowledge of electronic health records systems is a plus.
• Clinical skills, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing care plans
• Ability to provide patient education and emotional support
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the healthcare team
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
