Position Overview : As a Flooring Sales & Estimating Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners, assess their flooring needs, provide expert guidance, and generate detailed quotes. You’ll play a key role in driving sales and maintaining AG Floors’ reputation for outstanding service and quality. Key Responsibilities : Perform in-home consultations to assess customer flooring needs Educate customers on flooring options and recommend appropriate solutions Measure project areas accurately and create detailed project estimates Generate and present quotes in a timely and professional manner Follow up with potential clients to close sales and build lasting relationships Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flooring products, trends, and techniques Qualifications : Prior flooring sales, estimating, or installation experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to accurately measure spaces and create detailed project scopes Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organizational skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes Basic computer skills (email, CRM, estimating software a plus) What We Offer : Competitive base salary plus commission (1% of sales paid monthly) Paid training and support Opportunities for career growth within a growing company A supportive and professional team environment Company-provided leads and marketing support Employment Type : Full Time Salary : $45,000 - $50,000 Annual Bonus / Commission : Yes
