  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and mental health.\n
  • Monitor vital signs, intake / output, and other clinical indicators to detect changes in patient conditions.\n
  • Monitor vital signs, lab results, and symptom progression closely. Safely administer prescribed medications (oral, IV, subcutaneous, intramuscular) and monitor for adverse effects or allergic reactions.\n
  • Function as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure the patient's needs are met.\n
  • Provide patient education on their condition, treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments to support recovery and prevent readmission.\n
  • Communicate effectively with doctors, specialists, physical therapists, and social workers to develop and adjust care plans.\n\nQualifications\n\nBefore we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have : \n
  • Current and valid state RN License\n
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current\n\nAdditional Qualifications That Are a Plus : \n
  • Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current\n
  • Previous Acute Care hospital experience\n
  • Ventilator management experience\n
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
