Heavy Civil Project Manager – Turnkey Sitework (Savannah, GA)

Lead full-site development projects, including grading, utilities, and paving for an established heavy civil contractor. Manage high-value public and private projects in the growing Savannah market while overseeing teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage sitework projects from preconstruction through closeout (budgets, schedules, contracts, compliance)
  • Coordinate grading, utilities, and paving scopes
  • Partner with Superintendents and Foremen on field operations
  • Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and performance against targets
  • Mentor field staff and support professional development
  • Implement real-time solutions to project challenges

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years construction experience (sitework / heavy civil preferred)
  • Strong background in grading, utilities, or paving
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with construction technology (P6, Bluebeam, MS Office)
  • Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • DOT / public project experience a plus

  • Salary : $125,000 –$140,000 DOE
