Have and demonstrate an outgoing and friendly personality along with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers, taking special orders in-person and over the phone Operate a slicer, wrapping and cooking equipment; assisting in maintaining all equipment in safe working condition The ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes; including nights, weekends and holidays. Strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
Our Sub Shops offer quality made to order as well as a large selection of pre-made sandwiches and wraps. We are looking for fast efficient Sub Shop team members who can prepare sandwiches according to customer orders, along with preparing grab & go sandwiches. Sub Shop Team members greet customers, accurately take their orders, explaining menu items and answering their questions. Ultimately, an outstanding Sub Shop team member should display exceptional customer service skills and warmly interact with customers while completing orders to create an overall pleasant experience.
Sub Shop Team Member Responsibilities :
- Preparing all sandwich ingredients, which includes washing, cutting, slicing, chopping, and grating ingredients according to established guidelines.
- Skillfully preparing sandwiches according to established recipes.
- Explaining menu options to customers as required.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work station at all times.
- Following cleaning & sanitization procedures.
