This is a 12 month fixed contract
WorkWave is seeking a talented Application Consultant to support the implementation of our software and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role provides high quality professional services consultancy to customers, achieves operational outcomes, and maintains a positive customer experience. You will proactively support customers and become an expert of WorkWave's products and services.
What you'll do
- Implementation of software in line with the contract and statement of work.
- Develop an understanding of each assignment according to defined customer requirements and provide professional and timely advice accordingly.
- Develop customer systems according to the agreed methodology ensuring compliance with company system build and documentation standards when and where appropriate.
- Communicate fully with customers regarding requirements and specifications.
- Support the customer through business change using technology and process improvements.
- Work with Project Leaders & managers to ensure the successful delivery of a project and highlight any risks or issues that may impact this.
- Maintain a high level of governance; ensure stage gates task lists are completed within the SLA.
- Proactively keep up to date with relevant legislation.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, product releases, services, methodologies, policies, procedures and customers.
- Consistently deliver expert knowledge of WorkWave products and services.
- Identify additional commercial opportunities and communicate to the appropriate level.
- Remain accountable for your individual revenue and utilization target and ensure these are met in line with the business plan.
- Promote a positive image of WorkWave at all times and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and personal appearance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably delegated by your Manager to maximize the company's goals and objectives.
What you'll bring
1-3 years consultancy or software implementation experience.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external project teams.High-level facilitation and negotiation skills.Demonstrable experience of commercial decision making.Presentation skills, organizational skills and problem solving skills.Timegate, Timegate+, Templa CMS, and / or alternative workforce management software experience required.Ability to travel to Brierley Hill, our UK office regularly, in addition to traveling to customer sites.What you should know about us
