This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.

$0.54-$0.58 cents per mile

No touch stop pay : $30 per stop

Driver assist stop pay : $45 per stop

Doubles loads : $25 per load

Outsource work : $200-$400 per day

New hire training pay : $20 per hour. $30 per hour for overtime

Holiday pay : $300 per day

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $86,233

Daily home time

In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include, but are not limited to, training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment @type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
