Schedule :

Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health status, including medical history, present symptoms, and psychosocial factorsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis interventionCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, to provide coordinated and holistic care to patientsMonitor patients' progress throughout their inpatient stay, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomesProvide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for relapse preventionDocument all clinical activities accurately and in a timely manner, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsParticipate in treatment team meetings, case conferences, and other collaborative activities to ensure effective communication and continuity of careStay current with the latest research and developments in the field of psychiatry.Supervision available but not required.On-call coverage available for an additional stipend, but not required.Requirements :
Medical degree (MD or DO) and valid license to practice psychiatryCompletion of residency training in psychiatry from an accredited programBoard certification or board eligibility in psychiatryLicensed in the state of OH to practice or interest in attainingStrong clinical skills and expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric disordersAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse patient populationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build therapeutic rapport with patients from different backgroundsDemonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvementWillingness to collaborate and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care
