In addition to conducting and evaluating therapy sessions, the Therapist coordinates clinical case management, reviews and implements client treatment and safety plans, and role models client-centered interventions. They maintain accurate and timely documentation, including logs, reports, medical waivers, incident reports, and court-related records, in accordance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements. The Therapist also collaborates closely with the Staff Development Team to meet ongoing training needs, participates in all required meetings, and ensures that all communication and records are properly routed across systems such as email, Paycor, Salesforce, and SharePoint. As a mandated reporter under Michigan Child Protection Law, the Therapist upholds the highest ethical and professional standards in protecting client welfare. Flexibility, adherence to CBT and CPI criteria, and a commitment to trauma-informed care are essential to success in this role.
