NACE / SSPC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Familiar with coating inspection tools & standards. Forklift / overhead crane experience a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Schedule : Mon–Fri, 6 : 00 a.m.–4 : 30 p.m. (weekends as needed). Overtime available. Full-time, exempt. Benefits after 90 days : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all coating operations : surface prep, mixing, and application.
- Inspect coatings for thickness, adhesion, coverage, and prep quality.
- Maintain / test inspection tools (DFT gauges, adhesion testers).
- Train / mentor team members in coatings and safety practices.
- Track coating supply inventory and compliance records.
- Enforce safety protocols for paints, solvents, and blasting equipment.
