Job Responsibilities :

As a Central Supply Assistant, you will :

Keep Us Stocked Manage the daily supply and equipment needs of the Health Care Center and other facilities as assigned.

Stay Organized Maintain accurate documentation for inventory control, supply usage, and billing procedures.

Support Resident Care Ensure the right nursing supplies and equipment are available and functioning to help maintain a high standard of resident care.

Communicate Effectively Work closely with nursing and other departments to meet ongoing equipment and supply needs.

Follow Compliance Standards Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to supply management.

Qualifications :

Current CNA certification or previous experience caregiving required

Prior experience in supply management or inventory preferred.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Ability to follow procedures, regulations, and documentation protocols.

Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.

Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
