Senior Marketing Specialist (Multiple Positions)

Overview

Senior Marketing Specialist (Multiple Positions), Becton Dickinson and Company, Franklin Lakes, NJ. Analyze and interpret data to support marketing and product strategies that drive business unit innovation and growth. Conduct market and customer analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new product innovations and line extensions. Forecast pricing strategies and guidelines. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including multi-generational planning and development priorities to ensure products meet customer expectations. Support the Global Product Development System (GPDS) process as a core team member (CTM). Complete respective marketing deliverables. Support market-related initiatives through communications and collaborative efforts with all levels of other functional areas represented on the project teams to support the launch of new products and manage product lifecycle.

Schedule and Compensation

40 hrs / week, Mon-Fri, 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m. Salary : $143,300 - $236,500 / yr. Standard Company Benefits.

Minimum Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business, Engineering (any), Marketing, or a related field and two (2) years of related work experience.

Must have one (1) year of experience with / in the following :

• Product marketing; and
• Developing and implementing worldwide marketing plans, including clinical study planning, advertising and promotion, sales tools, public relations, public policy, or seminars.
• Marketing planning and brand management;
• Producing and delivering market-related reports, presentations, and other marketing materials to support business and product objectives;
• Partnering and collaborating with regional marketing and sales leaders, R&D and Clinical Scientific Affairs, Business Development, and other functions to ensure development and execution of comprehensive marketing and product strategy; and
• Developing competitive strategies thorough competitive intelligence and market analysis.

Travel

20% domestic and international travel required.

Telecommuting

Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
