LaSalle Network is seeking a Director of Technology, North America to lead IT strategy, e-commerce operations, and data security initiatives across the region. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on executiondriving efficiency, innovation, and digital growth while optimizing cost and compliance.

As part of our global team, you'll collaborate across time zones and cultures, shaping technology that supports a brand with worldwide impact.

What You'll Do

• Manage and scale North American e-commerce platforms; align global expansion efforts and drive ROI through data insights.
• Oversee SaaS integrations (CRM, ERP, supply chain); streamline IT spend and enhance cross-functional efficiency.
• Maintain secure, cost-efficient IT infrastructure, including cloud and hardware lifecycle management.
• Develop and monitor IT budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor negotiations and cloud optimization.
• Enforce data protection and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA); ensure cybersecurity measures are effective and budget-conscious.
• Explore AI, automation, and emerging tech to improve productivity and scalability.
