JobDiva is looking for a bright, enthusiastic candidate to join its Technical Support Team as a Support Analyst. Full training is provided and no technical background is required, though aptitude for learning and clear thinking is a necessity.

Responsibilities :

  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
  • Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
  • Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.

Skills Required :

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Customer / Client Focus.
  • Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
  • Experience in a customer service or help desk capacity preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
