Under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, you will be responsible for providing quality and comprehensive medical care across our clinic sites. This role is ideal for a physician who is committed to delivering high-quality care, overseeing mid-level providers, and engaging in patient education.Responsibilities : Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and administer treatment to patients.Supervise and direct nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other mid-level providers.Oversee the performance of nursing and support staff.Review laboratory and x-ray findings, and provide diagnoses.Complete documentation and maintain medical records in accordance with corporate procedures.Participate in consumer education and in-service training for support staff.Meet all contractual and quality of care requirements, including participation in Peer Review.Provide virtual care services, including phone and video consultations.Manage a panel of primary care patients, offering acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive care.Act as a supervising physician to nurse practitioners and physician assistants.Maintain professionalism, positive relationships, and uphold high ethical standards.Qualifications : MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.Completion of an approved internship.Valid California State Physician and Surgeon License.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.Current CPR certification.Sensitivity to a diverse patient population.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to ongoing learning and adapting to new medical developments, treatments, and medications.About Oroville, CA : Oroville offers a beautiful, relaxed environment with access to outdoor activities, excellent schools, and a welcoming community.
