Job Title : Process Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer with approximately 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design, optimization, and continuous improvement, with hands-on experience in manufacturing or production environments. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, improving product quality, and ensuring process safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing and production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Analyze production data and identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction.

Create and update process documentation, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and work instructions.

Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations) to implement process improvements.

Troubleshoot process-related issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Support process validation, scale-up, and technology transfer activities.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular process reports and analyses.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.

Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar).

Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles, Six Sigma Methadologies and Project Optimization Techniques.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with safety and quality management systems (ISO,OSHA,GMP,etc.).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
