• Solid Neuro experience

Description :

Looking for a Registered Nurse specializing in MS / Tele for a dynamic mixed acuity unit.

This unit provides care for medical patients with some progressive care unit levels.

Areas of care include oncology, stroke, cardiac, gastrointestinal, and pulmonary.

The patient ratio for medical surgical patients is 1 : 5-6 and for progressive care unit patients is 1 : 3-4.

Nurses will manage Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin drips.

Candidates will encounter unstable strokes and BiPap patients.

Floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliates is required.

The nursing staff will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy and respiratory services.

Postings will involve assessing and managing various patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

Nurses will need to demonstrate skill in interpreting dysrhythmias and managing cardiac drips.

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are necessary for success in this role.
